The UPSY Pilot Programme is a structured 6-week mentoring intervention designed for students who are struggling with behaviour, engagement, or consistency in school.

It provides consistent adult support, clear accountability, and a framework that helps students reflect, reset, and move forward.

This is not a one-off session or workshop.
It is a focused, trackable intervention designed to produce real change.
