UPSY was created to support young people who are at risk of being overlooked.
The students who often need the most support, but don’t always receive it in a way that works.
We exist to provide consistent, relationship-led mentoring that helps students re-engage with education and move forward positively.
Our Mission.
To re-engage young people at risk of exclusion by building trust first. Creating consistent, meaningful relationships that lead to lasting change in behaviour, attitude, and outcomes.
We believe that when students feel understood, supported, and respected, they are far more likely to succeed, both inside and beyond the classroom.
